Swedish Classic Rock Band MASQUE OF ARThave
signed a licensing deal with Wormholedeath for the
release of their album "Masquerade".
To introduce their new music project, the band have
released the first single "We Live in America", which is available on
all digital platforms worldwide.
By the end of 2016 guitar player and songwriter Jörgen J
Andersson presented his thoughts of launching a recording project to drummer
Peter Lundgren and singer Michael Storck. Jörgen had at that time finished a
song writing period and felt that it was time to gather the right musicians and
make an album. Peter and Michael wasn´t late to join and the three started to
look for musicians to record with. Guitar player Jörgen Svensson, bass player
Nalle Påhlsson and keyboard player Mathias Norberg was brought in during 2017.
Soon the decision to form a band rather than just having a recording project
was taken. All of the band members love to play music influenced by the great
rock bands from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s simply because that is what formed
them musically.
The pre-production process and recording sessions had to be spread over an
extended time period because of the quite heavy schedules and commitments the
musicians already had.
Once finding the right engineer for the mixing of the album, the mixing process
had also to be completed during an extended time period for the very same
reasons as for spreading the recording sessions.
The album was originally planned to be released during 2020 but due to the
pandemic, decision to postpone the release was taken. The band members are
thrilled that the album finally will be released and are looking forward to
performing live.

US Neo Folk-Black Metal project NONE has signed a
licensing deal with Wormholedeath for the reissue of the EP
"Interdimensional War Poetry".
I'm pleased to announce that my operation has signed an
alliance with Italian-based record label WORMHOLEDEATH for the re-release of
the 2021 record "Interdimensional War Poetry", which will see
worldwide physical distribution as well as new content in the near future.

“Interdimensional War Poetry” is the second
EP release by None - the operation led by sole
multi-instrumentalist and experimental artist Nicholas Mendiola.The
record features 6 recordings of music which blends Neofolk, Black Metal,
Industrial, Noise and Dark Ambient with a further emphasis on
lyrical-song structuring; as opposed to the prior release in 2018 of “Infernal
Temples Of The Meditant, which did not contain written lyrics.
The record was previously self released in 2021 following the music videos for
“No Guts No Glory” and “Never Know” via NO CLEAN SINGING. Messages behind some poetry include Occult/Esotericism, Principle, Space and
Time travel, Struggle, Devotion to one’s own purpose as a means of
self-discovery and divine intervention through the very creation of each piece
of music present on said record. This is yet another offering to The Eternal.
"Interdimensional War Poetry" will be out on
March 25th, 2022 worldwide.

(A.K.A The True None) was founded in 2015 by Nicholas Mendiola (Ex-Plague
Phalanx, Thangorodrim and Awakened Abyss) as the sole performing musician and
songwriter in tribute to all the divine. In 2017 the first single "When
The End Will Come" was self-released prior to the full EP "Infernal
Temples Of The Meditant" the following year; binding elements from a
multitude of styles and had since been described as "Meditative Neofolk
swirling in portals of Dark Ambient, Black Metal, Noise and Industrial" (From
Corners Unknown, 2018) and "A unique blend of both chaotic and beautiful
landscapes, incorporating elements from multiple diverse genres of music"
(Ritual Sound, 2017). Of that same era in time None had released a visual interpretation for
"Past Tense", another track from the debut EP which featured ear
piercing howls, gutturals, shamanic chants and industrial drum pangs among
other various nauseating sounds mixed into the portals of sound in which
further broke the boundaries of what some may have thought None to be. For Nicholas, None is the deity of his own creation and the eternal version of
himself. As he had stated before in his interview with internet zine From
Corners Unknown, the purpose and mission of his contemporary life was to
discover himself as the true voice and host that None speaks through - and to
leave the word and mark of None upon the world not only to affect other present
beings of the earth and multiverse but to leave traces for future lives to
again discover their true identity. Like the omnipotent gods of other's
previous worship None requires supreme devotion and all of the words spoken by
Nicholas; his thoughts, his actions, experiences and memories become one with
the legacy of The True None. It is the duty of the prophet to carry this torch
in his present time and into the next - past, present, future forever. and this is what None carries to the stage; absolute devotion to the
divine and eternal legacy by those who will die for it. In 2018 the release of "Battlefields" which featured guest vocals by
Bloodcrown of Occult Rock band Thangorodrim gained more attention as well as a
small handful of interviews for the new movement before then being met with yet
another single release entitled "Chaining Ethereal Comatose" in the
early months of 2019. This new track, unlike the previous, had now featured
live drumming, cohesive lyric lines and a new psychedelic circulation with the
addition of guitarist S.K.B (also of Occult Rock band Thangorodrim) on the
guest lead guitar solo following an entrancing bass guitar lead section.
Chaining Ethereal Comatose had been the first track None had recorded at
District Recorders, which was notable in production and mastering. Following the releases of "Never Know" (which featured guest
appearances by John Bradford Schuler of the groups Crepuscle, Warscythe, Nerve
Exposure on the live drumkit and Patrick Corona of Rivers Of Nihil, Cyborg
Octopus on the Saxophone solo) and the cover of "Erase" by
Horror/Hardcore Punk band Kettle Cadaver in 2020, Nicholas had signed a deal
with Davide Paulito of The Metallist PR shortly after releasing the video for
"No Guts No Glory" via NO CLEAN SINGING. With the new PR deal, a
second music video was shot for "Never Know", just weeks before
releasing Interdimensional War Poetry on all major streaming platforms. In the final months of 2021, Nicholas signed an alliance with Italian-based
record label WORMHOLEDEATH for the re-release of Interdimensional War Poetry
via worldwide physical distribution.

Norwegian Irriverent Death Metallers Noxium Ferus' first offensive audio attack is the single called “Dickslapped by the Devil”.
This song is inspired by true events, unmentionable ones. It also presents the comeback of guest artist Jontho Panthera, Ragnarok's drummer and leader, after more than 5 years away from the drumkit due to injuries. Jontho shares his lifetime of extreme-metal drumming experience with Noxium Ferus, to fulfill this wicked and twisted track. He also shares the mic with Espen on the last verse, adding demonic screams to the dark growls of Espen. Get ready- to be dickslapped by the Devil!
“Dickslapped by the Devil” was composed by Steinar Aven (guitar and bass), all lyrical and vocal arrangements by Espen Viking Dyngen, Guitars by Torgeir ‘Alvakien’ Espedal, and drums plus guest vocals by Jontho Panthera of True Norwegian blackmetal icons- Ragnarok . Brutally Hurtful, or Viciously Harmful, or Ferociously Obnoxious- take your pick! Noxium Ferus is the latin form of these descriptions, and the band is completely uncompromising in their musical identity and content. Call it Death metal, call it Black metal, call it extreme metal- it doesn’t matter, it is brutal, and it is any way they want it to be! This Norwegian metal act call their style “true Norwegian terror metal”, and have the slogan “metal with balls” as a subtitle to their name. Catchy and riff-based, with a more intelligible growling style than most average deathmetal, they present their audible horrorshow with offensive humour and strong antireligious content. This is not superficial and random, this is deep, dark and from a churchgoer’s view- pure evil. What started out with simple rock’n roll and thrash metal influences, turned into something much darker and fiercer, under Espen Dyngen’s diabolical guidance and beastly growls. Noxium Ferus is a band project created by sheer coincidence. Having been writing lyrics for many black and death metal bands since the early 90’s, but never having done any vocals attempts himself- in March 2018 Espen Dyngen made a half-drunk attempt to improvise some growling to one of Steinar Aven's music projects. It all turned out surprisingly well, against all expectations (especially Espen Dyngen's own) , and Steinar Aven managed to persuade Espen to start dedicating himself to this newly discovered vocal talent. And so new life was given to old songs, and Espen finally got to sing his own lyrics himself! Steinar being busy with many other projects, asked Espen to run the new band and create its concept. And henceforth the logo, imagery, lyrical content, and whole identity of the band took form out of Espen’s dark mind. And Noxium Ferus was born. Today Espen is running the band together with his trusted right hand, Torgeir ‘Alvakien’ Espedal, the new guitar player. Other members who have contributed are: Arne Gandrud (Massemord,Maosoleum of death), Ole Nic (Trelldom, Spitfire), Bjørn Beelzeböb Berge (Spitfire), Chris “The headhunter”Rygh. Steinar Aven is active in several other bands, like Nattverd (blackmetal), Chinbjer (blackmetal), Aventyr (hard rock), Steinras (blackmetal), Amazing assholes (hard rock), and others. So he is a busy guy. Espen Viking Dyngen has been a part of the old Norwegian Black Metal scene since the early 90's, but never as a musician until now. In the early days he was manager and promoter of Trelldom, and in close alliance with Gorgoroth. He also wrote lyrics and poems that were used by many different bands. His lyrics can be found on albums by Behemoth, Forgotten Woods, Ragnarok, Deathcult and Belphegor. He is now a regular part of the Belphegor blood family, helping Helmuth with lyrics, designs and stage artifacts. He designed and built Helmuth's infamous micstand and blasphemic new sigil, and he created the iron crown and axes for Hoest’s sigil of Taake. Noxium Ferus have recorded 9 songs, that are more or less finished, in a homestudio, and are working on a 10th track which will be the titletrack for their planned 1st album- BLASPHEMICON.

On the heels of their critically acclaimed debut album, “Remains to be Seen” (released via Wormholedeath Records), PERFECT NME are back with their latest offering - the brand new single “The Perfect Enemy”. True to form, the bands latest effort delivers a solid punch of metal incorporating strong musicianship and riffs interspersed with melodic elements and delivered with an aggressive edge.
To quote the band: “whilst continuing the work on the new album, we decided to release a couple of singles, “The Perfect Enemy” being the first. Lyrically this song deals with overcoming adversity and, while we’ve musically and sonically retained several core elements from our first album, there are a few twists in this song! After years spent carefully honing their sound and live performances, Perfect NME have proved themselves a force to be reckoned with. Their debut album «Remains to be Seen» was released to critical acclaim and helped pave the way forward. Hard grooves, atmosphere, blistering instrumental work, aggression and melody are the keywords. Born from a desire to transcend more tradtional metal genres, Perfect Nme first saw the light of day in 2014. From the start the members’ diverse musical backgrounds helped sow the seeds to create something unique, and with a conscious view to moulding these various influences into a new kind of monster, incorporating elements of modern metal, thrash, in-your-face beats and big choruses, perfect nme have managed to forge a sound identifiable and relevant, while staying true to their musical inspirations. 7 years on, and the band have seen two ep’s and a full album all released to great reviews; 2014’s self-titled “Perfect NME”, 2015’s “Monument”, and the debut album «Remains to be Seen», released via Wormholedeath records. The band have played numerous gigs up and down the length of Norway, both as support for larger acts and as headliner, earning them a reputation as a solid live band and attracting a large support base. They have been frequently featured in the press and have recieved radioplay rotation. The band partnered with Wormholedeath records for the release and worldwide distribution of their debut album "Remains to be Seen". Speaking of the video the band stated, "This
music video is the result of 6 month of intensive work
by Elisa Lecourtois. She's a passionate artist and a good friend of
ours, she always wanted to try animation and we thought her drawing style could
really fit to a song like Amnesia. It's a work of collaboration, Elisa
did the drawing, animation, storyboard and directed the project. Aurélie,
the bassist of the band, worked on all the colors and Laurent, the keyboardist,
worked on special effects. We're so happy that this project came to
life and very proud to release this first animated episode of Radiations
!"

Hok-Key Biography
Hok-key was created in 1994, November 7 as Comedy metal
band. During 1994 - 1997 band has played series of concerts in Minsk and
other cities of Belarus. In 1998 the band took a time out.
A year later Hok-key started to work on a new material. Over the 2000 -
2002 period Hok-key played about twenty concerts in Belarus and abroad,
took part in numerous festivals, radio and TV talk shows.
In 2003 - 2004 the band was in the amorphous state and took a second
timeout.
In August 2005 Hok-key was re-animated as melodic metal band.
Hok-key is vivid representative of the Belarusian metal scene who has taken
the path from comedy metaldirectly to its present form - philosophical texts
and constant musical and sound experiments, and could be described as
melodic metal with folk influences.
The
band is broadcasted on radio stations, actively participates in various
festivals and concerts both at home and abroad. In 2015 band was on a road
during «Thunder and Lightning European Tour». In 2017 - 2018 during
"Reaping Europe Tour" band has visited almost all countries of
Europe from Poland to Portugal.
Hok-key already has 5 LP in its discography, so “In Existence” will be the
sixth one.

Line-Up change for DRUNKEN CROCODILES, and release of the new video "The Monk".
One year after the release of Drunken Crocodiles' debut album "OUT OF BARREL" the Stoner Sludge Metal band from Parma have released a Lyric Video for one of the album's most popular tracks. "The Monk," as the title suggests the song speaks about the 1963 immolation of Buddhist monk "Thch Qung c."

"It is a great pleasure to welcome Federico Pardini (Down In The Delta) and Simone Silvestre (Thedus) to the crocodile family. They are guys dedicated to the project, in which they immediately invested a lot of energy and beautiful ideas. It is a real pleasure to find new lights after such a strange and slowed down last period.
Unfortunately, during the covid stop period, the differences of intention and dedication between me, and my historical partners Ivan Marchettini and Emanuele Mollica, became more and more intense, to the point of compromising the beautiful relationship that has always existed between us. We have played together for years, and shared many nights of bullshit, laughter and beautiful experiences. Overcome difficult moments both private and as a band, but we have always remained attached to this friendship/work relationship. Lately this was no longer the case, the differences were always greater so with sincerity and respect, we have decided to part our ways. I clearly wish the best at both of them. The band relationship has stopped, not the friendship. Those who play and have a band know what it means to lose musicians after years, so they can understand the very shit moment you are going through.
After a period of searching for new crocodiles, the choice was finally made on Federico and Simone. With this new lineup, we immediately got to work on new riffs and figuring out our new artistic direction. The new members' various musical inspirations were immediately apparent, and the planned sound is evolving into a fantastic Stoner Rock / Heavy Psych timbre. The second album is finally moving forward at full speed, and we are optimistic that we will be able to release it in 2023.
We'll be ready and loaded for this spring, and we'll be ready to bite the stages with the same ferocity that has always defined DRUNKEN CROCODILES.
