Seguito ideale dei primi due dischi, "Oltretomba" è un album di 54 minuti di heavy rock oscuro con un approccio più prog e psichedelico anni Settanta. La parola "Oltretomba" è un omaggio all'epoca d'oro della cultura cinematografica italiana degli anni Settanta e Ottanta con i film horror di Fulci, Argento, Bava e la musica di Morricone. L'album racconta dei vari abissi dell'essere umano, toccando talvolta reami occulti.
 
Il quartetto si è ritagliato la propria nicchia nell'hard rock e accoppia le classiche twin guitars con un suono diretto; elementi rock classici vicini al prog degli anni Settanta sono qui celebrati con fresca potenza.
Ancora una volta, gli italiani THE OSSUARY perseguono e affinano costantemente il proprio ideale di canzoni che sono capaci di fare ballare persino i morti. Ed è una festa dannatamente figa quella in cui vi porta "Oltretomba".

Japanese Symphonic Death Metallers HETEROGENEOUS ANDEAD Announce New Album "Chaotic Fragments"

HETEROGENEOUS ANDEAD is Melodic & Symphonic Electro Death/Thrash metal band in Tokyo, Japan. The sound is based on Thrash metal with Progressive metal, added the Electronic & Symphonic sounds, and all of them is sung by Mezzo-soprano & female growl voices.

After releasing their critically acclaimed album "Deus Ex Machina" in 2018, they are back with their new studio album "Chaotic Fragments" due for release on April 8th, 2022 via Wormholedeath worldwide.

About the album:
We've released one EP & album so far, so this album will be our third release.
We don't change the concept and aimed to further improve the level while making it understandable as Heterogeneous Andead music immediately after listening. There are songs with more progressive elements in this album, and we also take on new challenges such as triple time.
It also features more guitar harmonies and the synthesizer's sound is more emphasized than before. The performance of each part is also more energetic. This album has only 8 songs, but I think that all the songs are good quallity to be the lead track of the album. In this album Yusuke Kiyama worked on mixing / mastering, so all the sounds are our ideals.

Biography

HETEROGENEOUS ANDEAD is Melodic & Symphonic Electro Death/Thrash metal band in Tokyo, Japan. The sound is based on Thrash metal with Progressive metal, added the Electronic & Symphonic sounds, and all of them is sung by Mezzo-soprano & female growl voices. In 2012, the leader Yusuke Kiyama started as the project. HETEROGENEOUS ANDEAD is formed in 2013, and the current vocalist Haruka joined in 2014. 1st EP “UNDEAD” was released in 2015, then joined to the TERRORIZER Magazine No.266 CD. And we joined with it to JAPAN EXPO in France. In 2017 1st full album “DEUS EX MACHINA” was released for Japan. And we joined to the compilation “IMPERATIVE MUSIC COMPILATION DVD - Volume 14” of Brazil which Kreator & Obituary also joined. The bassist Takashi Onitake joined in 2017. In 2018 1st full album “DEUS EX MACHINA” was released from Wormholedeath records for worldwide. We uploaded our first MV “Automaton”from“DEUS EX MACHINA" on YouTube. The guitarist Masaya Kondo and the drummer Tomoyuki Nakano joined in 2018. In 2019 we uploaded MV “Denied”from“ DEUS EX MACHINA" on YouTube. The guiterist Masaya Kondo left and Sho joined. We stopped the live performance activity and started to work for making the 2nd album since September in 2019. In 2021 the bassist Takashi Onitake and the guiterist Sho left.

A couple of months afther the official release of debut full-length album 'P*rno Future', French metal/fusion/rapcore gang Waking The Sleeping Bear just unveiled another music video illustrating the single "Plus rien à perdre" and available right now on YouTube.

 

For reminder, this song is part of the tracklisting of 'P*rno Future' , the band's debut full-length album released last year and still available on CD & Digital trough Bandcamp + all legal platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon etc.).

"The music of Waking The Sleeping Bear is an all-angers crossoad. It's about time passing, past adolescence too quickly disappeared, about the anguish of the future by the ones that are dismayed by the past... Dressed sometimes with tribal sounds, sometimes with suffocating synthetic ambiences, the "nü metal" of WTSB hammers with rage some powerful convictions over a frenetic French-speaking phrasing, sometimes sung, rapped, shouted,..."

Officially born in 2017 with the release of a first single "Drapeau Rouge", the band actually finds its roots 10 years ago, when Adrien, Edwin, Arthur and Simon met on the benches of Dole (France) schools.

 

From their multiple aborted projects springs the current formation of WTSB in 2015, gathered by chance in the urgency of a concert to ensure. To this anecdotal birth will follow a project fueled since by passion and unshakeable friendship, which will lead

after two singles to a first EP in 2018: "Jungle Urbaine"

 

A molten substance, both elusive and superfluous, WTSB's sound never embarrasses itself with labels, venturing almost randomly in all territories. From rap to world music, from indus to fusion, everything is melted on a modern metal basement, where the seeds were planted 20 years earlier, by Team Nowhere of Family Values Tour.

 

Between disillusioned punk rebellion and full of hope refelctions, the quartet deploys a breathtaking energy, tribal and electronic, that perfectly fits for thelive. Its on stage that WTSB's power is fully revealed, and it is on stage that they will defend their new album "P*rno Future" with the most ardor, waking up once again the metaphorical "sleeping bear" in each of us.

Canada’s Lÿnx Are Giving Pure Rock N’ Roll A New Perspective With Music Video “Long Live Rock n' Roll”

 

Taking no prisoners and making no excuses is the name of the game of Calgary’s Lÿnx. They play pure rock n roll reminiscent of the 80’s boosted with modern-day producing and mastering. Last year they released their album “Long Live Rock N Roll” and now they have a music video out for the title track single. They explain the track:

“We wrote Long Live Rock N’ Roll as a homage to all the legends that came before us. Fangs put most of the lyrics to it and Blade composed the song. From start to finish it’s the life experiences that Fangs acquired on top of his way of saying thank you and shouting out that Lÿnx will carry on the Rock N’ Roll dream that so many accomplished before us. Man, we hope it kills! All of us have put a lot of thought into this album, as every artist does”

Lÿnx formed as a group that came together with a shared dream of wanting more out of life. With a burning desire to create, this band is the dream that they wish to share with the world as they make their mark in music history. This album gives fans the whole experience, whether you’re touring downtown with your partner, and you want to crank up the tunes, they got that. About:

Lÿnx is the 80s inspired Hard Rock/ Metal four-piece currently based in Calgary, Alberta Canada. During the 2020 pandemic, the band was formed by former vocalist Lazer Wild and Lead Guitarist Blade. Soon after bassist Fangs, and Drummer Flash joined and Lÿnx was formed.

The band is currently fronted by Ja6ur on Vocals, Blade on guitar, Fangs on bass, and Flash on Drums/ Percussion. Connected by a shared love of 80s glam metal and hard rock, the band immediately set about writing original songs that embody the style and swagger of the past, while embracing the polished production and down-to-earth grit of their more modern rock influences. Lÿnx released their debut self-titled EP in February 2021 followed up by their second EP titled “Long Live Rock N Roll” in September 2021 with Bullzhorn Records. Finnish Rock Band FLUSH Sign With Wormholedeath And Announce "Conspiracies, Threats and Chaos" EP

 

Finnish four-piece Rock tornados FLUSH have signed a licensing deal with Wormholedeath for the reissue of their EP "Conspiracies, Threats and Chaos", which is due for re-release on April 1st, 2022.

FLUSH talking about the EP, stated: "Conspiracies, Threats and Chaos" consists of four new songs written and recorded during 2021. The EP is self-produced and recorded in two days in a shipping container studio. The new songs are heavier and louder than Flush’s earlier works, but still building on catchy guitar riffs, distinct melodies and meaningful lyrics. Three songs from the EP will be released as separate singles, and they will be supported by videos produced by the band and its collaborators."

Biography

Flush is a four-piece rock band from Helsinki, Finland. The music is influenced by punk rock, alternative rock, hard rock, and metal, and it sounds pretty much like a mix of all of those. Add some Nordic melancholy and low-key sarcasm, and you’ve got Flush, a band equally suitable for rock clubs and for funerals.
In 2020, Flush released its debut album ‘It Began as a Mistake’ in the midst of the covid pandemic and lockdowns. Now, that debut album is followed by a new EP, ‘Conspiracies, Threats and Chaos’, consisting of four new songs written and recorded during 2021. The EP is self-produced and recorded in two days in a shipping container studio. The new songs are heavier and louder than Flush’s earlier works, but still building on catchy guitar riffs, distinct melodies and meaningful lyrics. Three songs from the EP will be released as separate singles, and they will be supported by videos produced by the band and its collaborators. Although the core of the band has been around for a long time, the current Flush line-up, and essentially a new era, was established in 2018.

Alt. Rock Band EUPHEMIA RISE Drop New Lyric Video "Matthew 16:26"

'Matthew 16:26' is the new lyric video by Belgian project Euphemia Rise, from their debut album 'Born a Cow', out via Epictronic worldwide.

"The lyrics are about the strong bond between two people who are in the same boat living on the wild side. The title refers to the bible verse: “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?” but the reference is more sarcastic than dramatic, as expressed in the flippant final phrase 'What is the price of a soul like mine?'. The title is in a way also a tribute to Matthew Bellamy, as the song was composed using piano arpeggios that were inspired by Muse.“
