“Zeit”, il nuovo disco dei Rammstein, uscirà il 29 aprile 2022. Esattamente tre anni dopo il loro album senza titolo multiplatino, una delle band tedesche di maggior successo su scala globale, sta per pubblicare un nuovo lavoro! 

Il primo singolo pubblicato dai Rammstein il 10 marzo 2022, è la title track “Zeit”, una potente ballata che dà vita a un’epopea grandiosa. 

Il video è presentato in anteprima sul canale ufficiale YouTube della band.

Le voci si sono rincorse, ora è ufficiale: il nuovo album dei Rammstein "Zeit" uscirà il 29 aprile 2022. L'ottavo disco dei musicisti berlinesi segue l'album senza titolo che ha portato la band direttamente in cima a quattordici classifiche internazionali nel 2019, dopo la più lunga pausa che sia mai intercorsa tra due album nella loro carriera fino ad oggi.

Till Lindemann (voce), Paul Landers (chitarra), Richard Z. Kruspe (chitarra), Flake (tastiera), Oliver Riedel (basso) e Christoph Schneider (batteria) hanno speso due anni a lavorare sulle undici canzoni del nuovo disco. Ancora una volta sono stati assistiti dal produttore berlinese Olsen Involtini. “Zeit” è stato registrato ai La Fabrique Studios di St. Rémy de Provence, Francia.

Bryan Adams è riuscito a ottenere uno scoop speciale per la copertina del nuovo album: il musicista e fotografo canadese ha scattato la foto dei Rammstein sui gradini del Trudelturm a Berlino-Adlershof, un imponente monumento dedicato alla ricerca aerea nel parco aerodinamico della città.

Il 10 marzo il primo singolo omonimo è uscito in vinile nero 10” apribile, in CD digipack e digitale. Il video è uscito in anteprima sul canale YouTube ufficiale del gruppo. Lo spettacolare video è stato diretto dall’attore e musicista Robert Gwisdek, che per la prima volta collabora qui con la band.

L’imponente voce baritonale di Till Lindemann risuona su solenni accordi di piano e un coro angelico di sirene. La canzone tratta della transitorietà, della nostra mortalità e della preziosa, fugace felicità del momento perfetto. "Tempo, per favore stai fermo, stai fermo", si duole e implora Lindemann. "Il tempo, questo dovrebbe sempre andare avanti così/Tempo, è così bello, così bello/Chiunque conosce il momento perfetto".

Dopo un'epopea come questa, si ha bisogno di un momento di riposo, e i Rammstein ce lo concedono. I fan potranno ascoltare un totale di tre versioni di "Zeit".

Come lato B, la band pubblica un meditativo, atmosferico arrangiamento neoclassico del polistrumentista islandese nominato ai Grammy Ólafur Arnalds, oltre a un remix del produttore di musica elettronica Robot Koch.

Nel corso di una carriera di quasi trent’anni, i Rammstein hanno venduto più di venti milioni di album in tutto il mondo e suonato innumerevoli tour spettacolari e innovativi. Quando il tour tutto esaurito negli stadi ha dovuto essere rimandato a causa della pandemia, i Rammstein hanno impiegato il loro tempo per lavorare al nuovo album.

I fan dei Rammstein possono aspettarsi molteplici formati di "Zeit" il 29 aprile: il nuovo album sarà pubblicato come CD digipack standard con un libretto di 20 pagine, un CD digipack a sei pannelli in edizione speciale con un libretto di 56 pagine con sovraccoperta, e come doppio vinile 180g con un libretto di 20 pagine in grande formato, così come nei soliti formati digitali.

Con il nuovo album “Zeit” e un importante tour in Europa e Nord America in primavera ed estate 2022, una cosa è già certa: sarà un grande anno per i Rammstein!

French cyber-rock/metal/electro combo OG•EZ•OR unveiled brand new single "Quantum Play" // New album to be released on Spring 2022

2 years and a half after a first full-length album 'Mind Machine : A New Experience' (2019, Send The Wood Music), followed by two digital singles, Cyber-Rock/metal/electro combo formerly known as Entropy Zero just released a new single under the moniker of OG•EZ•OR.  

 

This brand new song called "Quantum Relay", exclusively available right now on Bandcamp offers a first glimpse of the new evolution of the project and served as first single from OGEZOR's upcoming concept-album called 'Distortion Process' and to be released on Spring 2022.

OG•EZ•OR is a French Hybrid/Electro/Metal band created in 2017 by F-2301. Strongly influenced by science fiction, the aim of the project is to stimulate imagination through music and image. Halfway between group and film music, the two brothers (F-2301 on voice, Keytar and machines & K-74 on bass) offer music illustrated by scripted video projections in live shows.

 

Their influences are numerous and the range of proposed atmospheres goes from cyber/electro to post-rock, through soaring atmospheres or punchy metal sequences. The band performs both on stage and in convention (SF, Japan, Gaming) in Europe.

 

OG•EZ•OR released its first album "Mind machine: a new experience" in 2019 with the send the wood label (distribution season of mist) and received very good reviews. In 2020 the single "FPS", dedicated to video games, is released with a specific video clip filmed in a cinema.

 

In May 2021, their new creation “Quantum Gates” comes out and is presented in the form of a complete USB package with music, video and video games, this one being the first chapter of their Universe background.

 

 In 2022, the project changed its name and became OG•EZ•OR. They released the album "Distortion Process" as well as the video clip "The green light" accompanied by an e-book going even further in the description of their universe.

“Sovvertire la Tirannia della Luce” si riferisce a un processo di allontanamento fisico e spirituale dalla tirannia monoteistica del sole, inteso sia come Logos della razionalità astratta, inaridente e impositiva, sia come espressione del monoteismo abramitico. Rispetto a questa ipertrofia del lato solare, l'Unico si rifugia all'ombra del cielo notturno, patrocinato dalle divinità Asuriche e Uraniche indoeuropee. Con questo atto si opera un’inversione di valori rispetto alla massificazione, intesa come conseguenza estrema delle religioni desertiche, che nel deserto sono nate ed al deserto vogliono riportare il mondo.

Freddezza, coerenza, inumanità: principi ormai presenti in pochissimi progetti e, al tempo stesso, agenti senza mediazioni nel suono che da essi promana. Burzum, Les Légions Noires e la vecchia scuola del black metal polacco rappresentano il punto di partenza per sonorità derivanti dall’esperienza della solitudine, dell’isolamento fisico e ideologico, nonché dalla meditazione sul significato alchemico che le prove della vita ci pongono davanti continuamente.
 
Nella visione dei COMANDO PRAETORIO, un album davvero autentico deve essere dilaniante e abrasivo per la coscienza, così da provocare impressioni estatiche e possedere l’immaginario dell’ascoltatore, accendendo una scintilla di emozione profonda. Le creazioni artistiche proposte dalla band sono in grado di scatenare, quantomeno nei suoi componenti, una sfida ad interrogare musicalmente il fondo di sé stessi, esaltandosi in particolare con un ascolto intimo e raccolto.

I COMANDO PRAETORIO nascono nel 2012 per volontà di Ans (chitarra) e L. Opfergeist (batteria), musicisti parallelamente attivi nei Movimento D’Avanguardia Ermetico. Dopo breve tempo, per completare la formazione vengono contattati il bassista F.A.K. e il cantante A.M., entrambi in contatto con i membri fondatori da anni. L’obiettivo del gruppo è la trasposizione dell’attitudine elitaria che permea la personalità dei musicisti coinvolti in un black metal tradizionale e fieramente underground.
 
La grande intesa creativa si concretizza nelle tre tracce del MiniCD Divinità Terrifiche, pubblicato nel gennaio del 2015 dalla War Command e prodotto da Gigi Andreone. Nel 2019 i COMANDO PRAETORIO si accasano presso l’etichetta ATMF, che a dicembre pubblica il primo album ufficiale, Ignee Sacertà Ctonie. Impreziosito dalla copertina dell’artista Timo Ketola e affidato allo stesso produttore, il disco vede l’abbandono di A.M. alla fine delle registrazioni.
 
Il suo sostituto Damien contribuisce attivamente alla composizione del nuovo EP Sovvertire La Tirannia Della Luce, registrato presso l’home studio di sua proprietà. L’apporto del nuovo cantante si realizza in un notevole contributo a livello di stesura delle musiche e degli arrangiamenti, integrandosi perfettamente nel progetto e aderendo in pieno ai valori fondanti dei COMANDO PRAETORIO.

Rockshots Records - Greek Symphonic and Cinematic FORTIS VENTUS Announce Debut Album "Vertalia" June 2022

 

Rockshots Records is proud to announce their signing of Greek trio Fortis Ventus for the release of their debut album "Vertalia" on June 3, 2022.

Combining symphonic and cinematic elements along with soundtrack influences, Fortis Ventus formed in 2015 and self-released their first ep "Haunted Heart" in November 2017.
In early 2018, due to creative differences, the band underwent significant changes. The driving forces that remained were composer, arranger, keyboardist George Halliwell and vocalist, lyricist Nancy Mos. Breathing new life into their work, the duo met Gregory Koilakos who would take on the role of guitarist. Together, the three musicians started recording their first full-length "Vertalia" with Gregory taking on both guitar and bass duties for the album, which also changed the band's metal sound with its film score music elements.

Sentimental, dramatic, grand, cinematic, and imaginative, "Vertalia" is a concept album based on a novel-fairytale written by keyboardist George Halliwell.

"Twelve chapters for a total of twelve tracks". says, Halliwell.

The theme of this fairytale focuses on an imaginary planet called Vertalia, where the main character starts their journey to discover their inner truth and the truth of life itself. Through the challenges they face during their journey back to Earth, they connect with their higher self and take a path to eventually achieve inner peace back towards their homeland of Vertalia.

"The audience will be surprised at the intricate orchestrations that hide behind complex melodies on this album. Each person hearing it, will find a glimmer to empathize in every track. We wanted to tell a story and give the listener a variety of feelings and a journey alongside the lyrics." adds the band.

The second video release by None; produced by Rob Watkins in 2020 and released early 2021.

“No Guts No Glory” is a song of a high-stake gamble; sacrifice for the upmost honor and an end that can be conceived long after departure from the body - or a blade held to the throat of Time. Lyrically, the song is written in form of dialogue between the self; for example, “Behind me, I can hear these voices shouting; We’re one day closer to dying”, and so on.

Musically, the track combines elements from Black metal, Industrial, and Noir Acoustic per the signature of None’s amalgamation.

"No Guts No Glory" is a track taken from NONE's EP "Interdimensional War Poetry", which is due for re-release on March 23rd, 2022 via Wormholedeath.

“Interdimensional War Poetry” is the second EP release by None - the operation led by sole multi-instrumentalist and experimental artist Nicholas Mendiola. The record features 6 recordings of music which blends Neofolk, Black Metal, Industrial, Noise and Dark Ambient with a further emphasis on lyrical-song structuring; as opposed to the prior release in 2018 of “Infernal Temples Of The Meditant, which did not contain written lyrics.
The record was previously self released in 2021 following the music videos for “No Guts No Glory” and “Never Know” via NO CLEAN SINGING.
Messages behind some poetry include Occult/Esotericism, Principle, Space and Time travel, Struggle, Devotion to one’s own purpose as a means of self-discovery and divine intervention through the very creation of each piece of music present on said record. This is yet another offering to The Eternal.

Biography 
None (A.K.A The True None) was founded in 2015 by Nicholas Mendiola (Ex-Plague Phalanx, Thangorodrim and Awakened Abyss) as the sole performing musician and songwriter in tribute to all the divine. In 2017 the first single "When The End Will Come" was self-released prior to the full EP "Infernal Temples Of The Meditant" the following year; binding elements from a multitude of styles and had since been described as "Meditative Neofolk swirling in portals of Dark Ambient, Black Metal, Noise and Industrial" (From Corners Unknown, 2018) and "A unique blend of both chaotic and beautiful landscapes, incorporating elements from multiple diverse genres of music" (Ritual Sound, 2017).

Of that same era in time None had released a visual interpretation for "Past Tense", another track from the debut EP which featured ear piercing howls, gutturals, shamanic chants and industrial drum pangs among other various nauseating sounds mixed into the portals of sound in which further broke the boundaries of what some may have thought None to be.
For Nicholas, None is the deity of his own creation and the eternal version of himself. As he had stated before in his interview with internet zine From Corners Unknown, the purpose and mission of his contemporary life was to discover himself as the true voice and host that None speaks through - and to leave the word and mark of None upon the world not only to affect other present beings of the earth and multiverse but to leave traces for future lives to again discover their true identity. Like the omnipotent gods of other's previous worship None requires supreme devotion and all of the words spoken by Nicholas; his thoughts, his actions, experiences and memories become one with the legacy of The True None. It is the duty of the prophet to carry this torch in his present time and into the next - past, present, future
forever. and this is what None carries to the stage; absolute devotion to the divine and eternal legacy by those who will die for it.
In 2018 the release of "Battlefields" which featured guest vocals by Bloodcrown of Occult Rock band Thangorodrim gained more attention as well as a small handful of interviews for the new movement before then being met with yet another single release entitled "Chaining Ethereal Comatose" in the early months of 2019. This new track, unlike the previous, had now featured live drumming, cohesive lyric lines and a new psychedelic circulation with the addition of guitarist S.K.B (also of Occult Rock band Thangorodrim) on the guest lead guitar solo following an entrancing bass guitar lead section. Chaining Ethereal Comatose had been the first track None had recorded at District Recorders, which was notable in production and mastering.
Following the releases of "Never Know" (which featured guest appearances by John Bradford Schuler of the groups Crepuscle, Warscythe, Nerve Exposure on the live drumkit and Patrick Corona of Rivers Of Nihil, Cyborg Octopus on the Saxophone solo) and the cover of "Erase" by Horror/Hardcore Punk band Kettle Cadaver in 2020, Nicholas had signed a deal with Davide Paulito of The Metallist PR shortly after releasing the video for "No Guts No Glory" via NO CLEAN SINGING. With the new PR deal, a second music video was shot for "Never Know", just weeks before releasing Interdimensional War Poetry on all major streaming platforms.
In the final months of 2021, Nicholas signed an alliance with Italian-based record label WORMHOLEDEATH for the re-release of Interdimensional War Poetry via worldwide physical distribution.
